I'm certain that this has been discussed before, but a quick search revealed nothing specific.

Every time someone asks about this, they give specific details, and people get all hung up on those.

What, in TOTSE's opinion is the best way of hiding cannabis for transport (in, say, airplane luggage.)

My current plan is to:

Get a Tupperware box of approximately the right volume.
Use sand paper roughen the surface.
Put weed inside.
Close the box, wash me and it with ethanol and water.
Coat with Epoxy.
Wash me and it with ethanol and water in a house that hasn't weed in it.
Look really goddamn respectable in the airport.

Does cannabis look particularly unusual in X-Rays?

danm dude thats kinda alot to go thru jus for some buds. wtf do you think their gona say about a suspisious container coated in epoxy? you fail. dont bring drugs on a plane unless its pills. if you have any common sense which i doubt, you should be able to find weed at your destination.

I live in Ireland. Weed is shit and expensive, or acceptable and VERY expensive.
It's possible to get reasonable weed for one EIGHTH the price in France, so that's a lot of motive.
I don't mind the effort. I'd do a lot more if I thought it helpful.

The other thing I was thinking about was hollowing out a big candle from the bottom, hiding the weed inside in film canisters and then melting wax over them to fill it back up again before washing with organic solvents.
But I realised that that would look unusual under x-rays.

There is no way to hide the smell. You can just hope that they don't have any dogs at any of the airports. Try this, put your weed in a baggie, then another, then another and smell it. You wont smell any weed, come back an hour or two later, and youll be able to smell it through all 3 bags.
My point is that the weed permeates(typo?). So it might not make any dogs bark when you attend your flight, but when you arrive, the smell WILL be detected if there are dogs. your best bet is to carry it with you, and for example, pack it in new baggies at the airport bathroom and go straight for the plane. Bag it again after the airplane landed. While everybody is getting their luggage and leaving, go into the bathroom and bag it a couple times, wash with soap. I would definitly carry it with me and not in my luggage. After you give your luggage to baggage claims when you arrive, your luggage could be victim of a random-sniffer-dog inspection when its on the way to the plane(usually only international flights though).

And to be honest, the best way is to shove it up your ass. And if you want to take more back over, then smuggle hash.

I'm telling you, go to Holland and buy some there before you go back. Go to Amsterdam and buy hash for 2.40 euros per gram(kadinsky coffee shop) or Maastricht and buy hash there for 2.50 euros per gram(Mississippi & Kosbor). Fuck french weed, hollands not far from france. The trip will be worthwhile, trust me. I bought 25 g's in Maastricht for 62.50 Euros(Ketama hash(hasj)), hard to beat a price like that. They sell the same hash where i live too, but 25 g's of that costs 150-175 euros here, i only live like 300 km's from maastricht. So if you want to bring 25g back to ireland, you can probably sell it for 200 euros there(no idea what kind of money yall use)

Vacuum seal is what most big dealers do for transport. It does not smell at all.

There are these air-tight cases for holding stuff that fisherman use while on the boat. A friend of mine stores his weed in this and it does not smell at all because it is 100% air-tight. When storing bud you can't do it while your hands smell like weed or whatever you store it in will end up smelling; this is what most people forget.

you put the weed in a small jar... put you that jar into another jar... fill the remaining space with a liquid... oil or water maybe? it would probably take a while for the smell to seep through several inches of jello and out of a sealed lid....

First, get a bucket of paint, dump into another container, leave an inch, let it dry and harden, add your container full of drugs, add more paint, let it harden, fill with remaining paint, and ship.


Latex paint only. If you use much of any other kind you will end up with a nice display piece with your drugs trapped inside.

I saw this video on the internet once where some guy put weed into pvc pipes that had sealed end-caps on them. he then put them in the gas tank of his pick up truck. the dogs smelled through the gas tank through the gas and through the pvc to find the weed.

^I think having radioactive materials (or being suspected of) is a bit more risky than the weed.

It just takes a while for the stuff to seep through, My advise is thus:

Rebag on the plane, after plane lands.
Use gloves when baging...toss gloves.
Carry weed on you, maby strapped to your thigh.
Ask some cop friends of yours what to do.
Swallow some bags, shit out, smoke.
