I have a 25mcg(per hour) patch that I just opened, I'm chasing it by the way. (smoking) I was just wondering how long until I can smoke more without ODing?

I also have a 75mcg(per hour) patch i got for free right after I opened the 25mcg(per hour) patch.

Um... how long before dosing with ODing? Re-dosing shouldn't have anything to do with an overdose... If you still feel effects, then don't re-dose. If you don't feel any effects anymore, then do the same dose you did last time and you should be ok... If you're not sure if you're feeling effects anymore, you can always check your pupils. If they are still ridiculously small, I'd give it a while. Best way to tell is go into your bathroom, and check in the mirror for at least a minute. Sometimes when you first enter a bright room they will stay pinned for a little bit, so give them time to adjust. Other than that... I don’t know. I'd recommend just not dosing again. First of all, the patches are way too hard to accurately dose on, and second off, Fentanyl blows cock. I believe it's described as "heroin with no soul". Get a real opiate/opioid. If you're going to give yourself a tolerance and possibly become addicted, might as well do it on a drug that's fun and doesn't last such a short amount of time.

Smoked fentanyl lasts a very short time. I found myself redosing every fourty five minutes or so, which is a much shorter duration than any other smoked opiate/oid.

Still, considering you only need to take one or two hits to acheive the desired effects, even a 25mcg patch will last you awhile.

If you only take a couple hits to feel a little you can redose every couple minutes, and if you take more/feel much more of the effects with each dosing then wait 5 minutes or so. So basically if you feel it a lot, wait 5 minutes and see if you still want more or if it got stronger. If you only feel it a little, you only need to wait a coupla minutes.

Edit: If you're still feeling the effects then don't redose till they start wearing off, unless you want more (in which case do just a little, Fentanyl is dangerous and ODs are easy, I would say if you feel it a lot dont do more, wait till it wears off).

Redosing with smoking isn't so bad, but with other routes it can become quite dangerous and even lethal. The difference between a recreational dose and LD50 isn't that far at all.
