Taking both B6 and calea zacatechichi might provide better results rather than just the B6 alone.

And don't feel discouraged if you don't experience positive results immediately, most of the time - continual/habitual use is needed before you experience results.

Also if you smoke marijuana that may affect your progress, so taking a break for awhile may possibly yield better results.

Btw, the tea taste horrible. I was extracting it into a small amount of water about the size of a shot glass, as well as vaporizing it about an hour or so b4 I went to sleep. I've heard combining different methods of ingestion yield for a more sufficient result.

Do both. Ingest some of the plant material and inhale some of it's smoke.

I usually pick out and discard the stems. And as far as seeds... umm I've never found/gotten seeds in my bag, regardless if I did I wound't ingest them... why not plant them, if your lucky there viable and you'll have youself your own plant.

I started taking vitamin B6 about a week ago, been taking 100mg at 6:00pm everyday and go to bed at around 12
