Hit the weights, take some creatine and whey, start sprinting, find a local Krav Maga studio, and since you're probably a freshman or sophomore in high school, join a manly sport. Football or wrestling are your best bets. Not only will all of this whip your ass into shape and give you a masculine body, which women inherently like, but it will also cause your confidence to sky rocket after seeing yourself transform, which women will find even moar attractive.
