My bud just injected a little dope, but the area around the injection is a little red and a little splotchy, it's not that dark red or anthing but the splotches kinda worry me. The vein looks a little swollen but not major really and there is no bubble.

histamine reaction, will be gone when the dope runs its course. take an antihistamine to counter such reaction..

Not at all, just itchy. Don't scratch it. Put an ice pack on it to relieve itching, take some benadryl, put some cortisone around the site, NOT on the hole, and deal with it.
