You have to stop thinking about her, never at all should you (at least for quite awhile) because obviously you still like her/love her.

Dont make threads about her.
Dont look at her facebook.
Dont talk to her
Dont look at pictures.
Dont talk about her
FORGET about her. Its the only way. If you really want to get into some fucked up shit, just think of all the negative things about her, learn to NOT LIKE HER.

Its hard, but worth it if things cant work out.

Cut off ALL contact. Like everyone else said, it truly is the only way.

Then, take the time now and learn to be alone. Learn to be happy while being single.

Don't start another relationship unless you're positive you are completely over your ex.

If the ex comes running back, slap that hoe back to the curb. You broke up for a reason.
