For the past hour or so I've had a very "high" feeling, I happy high. like I can't stop smiling and everything is funny. and yet I'm sitting by myself and its 4am.

I haven't smoked weed in about 24hours.

Anyone else just get random high feelings?

That happened to me once. It was a shitty and rainy day and I almost missed all my classes and I had classes for about 12 hours because i'm a dumbass with my schedule. Here is what I think caused my "high": Lack of sleep and caffeine abuse. I later crashed, hard. Like everything was shitty

I find tiredness can mess with your head like that.

actually not too long. yest. I went to sleep around 6am, and woke up at 5pm. I've been up about 11 hours.

And I just drank a cup of coffee. Only a cup though.

I get a random high feeling sometimes, but it is normally the duh.. stupor high.. lol. not the happy giddy high.

Sometimes I am just sitting there minding my own business and I suddenly realize I am high to the point of staggering and drooling. Then I remeber it is from the pills I washed down with booze. I dont know how you get high without drugs, but it sure as hell is cheaper.

My eyes are more bloodshot than normal. Damn, It might be because the other day me and this other guy smoked alot of high quality bud for like 3 days all day and all night. That was wednesday through friday. Maybe some left over THC in my lungs? lol

Or maybe it was one of the millions of cannabanoid agonists in our daily diet?

I get that alot, like a rush of energy and euphoria for like an hour, this is usually followed by tiredness and depression, but i think i just have chemical problems or something.

Since I've quit everything and started working out, I'll get a "high" feeling when I chill and almost fall asleep or I'll be dreaming I'm high and wake up with the imaginary high still... Sometimes it'll last minutes and others it's lasted for hours. Couldn't tell you anything else about it, but it is one hell of a crazy feeling.

Man... don't you remember being a little kid, getting tired and being excited for no reason... it's not a high.

It's called a natural high. I don't think any of you druggies are used to this, because you've fucked up your body chemistry too much.

It's mainly cause by your bodies own neurotransmitters (serotonin, endogenous cannabinoids or opiates, etc.) getting released, thus causing a natural sense of well-being. A multitude of things can cause it, but sometimes it just does that for the hell of it, kind of like when you have wet dreams.

I get them quite alot when im not using drugs and eat healthy/excersize/adequate sleep/etc.. The high often times resemble cannabis, alcohol, MDMA, etc.
