okay so i have ALOT of empty bullet shells, and obviously i want to smoke from them. ive successfully hacked enough holes into ONE that it could hold a joint or something. with a bullet still in the front(of course remove it first to put it in)

these are just .375 high point rifle rounds

i also have magnum rounds too, lil short shells that i KNOW i could use for something. im not really sure exactly what to do though. i mean, i want to make a one hitter bullet, but how could i actually do that?

another idea for those magnum rounds is to just have a hole were the primer is, pack it with bud, heat up some metal rod about the same size and use it like a cig lighter!
but thats just retarded on its own, maybe get like a barrel/like tube the shell can fit in,with a handle and THEN hit the budshell with some heat, load it, and toke it!
itd be pretty sweet especially if i could somehow set it up with a trigger to light something in front of the bud or something, maybe a small bit of matches in place of the primer?

yea im srry the magnums are .357
the rifle rounds idk wtf they are, theyre just high power hunting rounds, for medium game like deer. none of them seem to say theyre caliber. that or i just cant look worth a damn.

anyway...how do you knock out the primers? ive been having difficulty and the best method i found was just opening the bullet taking the gunpowder out and actually igniting it...

well okay actually i was trying to saw it off and then i went deaf for an hour....

Make a belt, so that the bullets are perpendicular to the belt and parallel to your body.

had those....very painful to sit with. sold it with a pair of pants i was blackmailed out of for 20$ considering i couldnt take it off.

Use a C clamp, and a metal rod down inside the casing, resting on the primer, and on the outside of the casing, a little ring around the primer, up against the other side of the C clamp. Line everything up nicely, tighten C clamp, and viola, primer pops out, and you have a nice neat little hole.


Also works with live rounds with the bullets pulled out, but ya gotta do it remotely for safety. As in, not with your hands, and behind protection.


Also, you wasted your money on a piece of shit. Hi Points suck massive balls. Garbage is what they are. Nice club. Jam the fuck up, frame rattle apart, mags don't fit right, sight mounts are shifty and move around, no matter how tight they are set, and most come with a scope! LOL as if that piece of shit could hit anything within a distance where a scope would be needed.

oh ive had a primer go off in my hands. for some reason i forgot that it was even there(emptied the gunpowder and everything) and went grinding away trying to make a hole.

again, deaf, blind and confused to where my hand was for half an hour or so.

what would you suggest to use as a little ring? ive had experience punching holes in metal with nails and a vice so usually i just use a backing,


also, these arent MY bullets, they WERE my grandpas, he was a hunter, and i believe theyre remington rounds, i havent a clue as to his actual rifles, theyre locked up. i just have hundreds of remington high power rounds, i may have seen high points too though i really dont know ill get back to you in the morning after some very much needed sleep

It's pretty much a spacer to allow the primer room to scoot out of its little seat. I've used this method for live rounds mostly, since the C clamp can go so slow and gentle with it, resulting in a big ass bag full of primers (don't ask why).


Anyway, the stuff in them, if I remember correctly, is lead styphnate. Though I think now a days they are also using mixtures with DDNP in them.

Also, live primers are sensitive to shock (duh) and static electricity. So be careful fucking with them.

i use bullet shells for a lot of my homemade pieces. a 7.62X39 and a .40sw pushed together and drilled at both ends makes a handy pipe that can be loaded up then just dropped in your pocket.

if theyre live rounds just leave em be. why ruin perfectly good ammo just to smoke out of it.

go to the range and collect some spent brass if you want to make a bowl.

these arent live rounds....im talking about me removing the bullet, emptying the gunpowder, then hitting the primer ON ACCIDENT these primers, although strong wont really do to much damage. after all they ARE primers. ive had these go off in my hand and make the case disappear to the voids of the twilight zone and they merely cause severe ear damage and slight trauma, nothing more than a belly flop from 10 ft :P


still hurts like hell and im sure a shitload of just primers would probably put something resembling a hole in my leg. but oh well, not going to try that anyway.

see i just thought you drilled a hole big enough in the primer side of the larger round, put in a pistol shell in THAT

okay so anyway, what about...well doing that with a REALLY small round that can fit in the front of the bullet tip, somehow get that with primer side IN to the case, poke a hole straight through to hold it in place, and then another hole perpendicular to that so you basically have a cross...with holes holding it in place and giving breathing room, push in a buncha bud, maybe poke more holes for stability and air reasons...pop bullet back in, and smoke straight from the bullet! and if you could hack a bunch of those tiny rounds and combine them on top of one another im sure you could make a tube and just pack that
