Trying to get some information on hydromorphone 4mg pills are they better to snort or eat? What opiates does it compare to, would it be anywhere near snorting a roxi 30 or are they weaker? How much do they normally go for, for the 4 mg pills? the 8?

It is good, though I have never tried it... I hear that 8mg is almost as good as an oxy 40.

They suck unless you are IVing. I'd say that 8mg or so would be equivalent to a roxy 30 if you're snorting. The high IMO sucks from eating/snorting, oxy is much better. If you IV though, the rush is great! I've seen people pay 15-20$ for 4's but that is on the steep side. I'd say 10$ is fair, but again, drugs in my area are expensive.

I would take the oxy based on the fact that its ~1.5 times stronger. Also, isnt hydro derived from thebaine also?(so they would be similar)

I believe it's derived from Codeine and Thebaine (If I remember correctly, I could be totally wrong...) And Oxycodone is only technically 1.5 times stronger in analgesic action. Some people will swear up and down that Hydro is more potent for abuse. I personally feel that Oxy is much more powerful for abuse as well, but... *shrugs*
