Basically, I'm caught up in a dispute between 3 of my friends and one dealer. They bought a quarter of supposvily dank weed for $140 (they paid $70 and got fronted the other half) and once they smoked it they all thought they got ripped off because it turned out to be regular weed. Anyway, I wasn't there and I didn't smoke it so I don't really have a say as to whether or not it was legit. But the dealer is coming over to my friends HOUSE thinking he's getting the rest of his money, while my friends are planning on jumping him and robbing him. They want me to go be there too, but I really don't want to get involved. Obvious reason being, the dealers knows where my friend lives...so you know there's going to be retaliation somewhere down the line.

Anyway, I'm probally gonna stay clear of the whole scene. I don't like drama, especially drama I was never involved with. But, what would YOU do in this situation?

I wouldn't do it, for all the reasons you said. Better not to get into that kind of stuff. Not saying your friends are lying, but if they were paying $140 for a quarter and it turned out not to be as good as they were told, why didn't they stop smoking it and go back to the guy with ~6.5g? It sounds kind of like your friends might be trying to rip of the dealer; I wouldn't get involved. I obviously don't know your friends or the dealer, so this is all speculation.

I have a close circle of friends (about 4 - 6) and a group of friends/acquaintances. If my close circle of friends, or any one in that group, asked me to help them jump someone for something like that, hells yes.

If they were in the friends/acquaintances category I'd tell them to fuck off.

Why? Because I know my close friends wouldn't get riled up over something that stupid (unless they're really drunk), and it'd be something worth fighting over.
