Hey BLTCers, haven't been on in a long while, just wanted to ask a question... BTW: I didn't mean to make it this long, just kinda kept adding details (fucking uppers) but I'll bold the question I need answered at the bottom.

I got 12 of these pills today (for like 1 dollar a pill, but the girl gave me two for free because I had asked her for adderall and didn't know how concerta was compared to it. I liked it enough to buy the 10 I was originally going to buy and she didn't make me pay for those two I took). I took 6 today in all. 2 at first, then 1 every so often just to maintain.

Anyway, to my question. I was at work today (I skipped school so I could work, lol. My boss didn't have anyone else who could come in, and he was REALLY busy or something... Whatever, work is way better than school anyway. At least I get paid) while I was taking them, so I didn't get the chance to snort them. I work in a pizza restaurant making pizzas. We were really busy today, so I didn't bother. Now that I'm home, I was just wondering if I could snort them. I mean, I know I CAN, but is it worth it. I don't believe it's time release, as it doesn't say anything to make me think it is, but I don't know shit about Concerta.

Basically, is it worth it to bother snorting it?

No, not even in the slightest. I'd only ever use that fucking crap if I absolutely needed to stay awake for something; it's not recreational in the slightest.

That was the first result on google for "recreational concerta." It is kind of waxy and hard to crush up, but I've done it, and it worked. It's a fun high, almost as much euphoria as an oxycodone (for me), but I personally don't like uppers. I like to get high in the evening and sleep at nigh. I railed 27mg of concerta at 11pm and fell asleep at 6am. Stupid on my part really.

IDK, it was worth it to me. I mean, it's nothing compared to coke, but I still like the energy and concentration it gave me. It seems worth it at 1 buck a pill. BTW, I took it at work and I haven't taken any since I've been home, but I am hanging out with people tonight, and it seems worth it just to stay awake when all I'm doing is smoking weed all night.

EDIT: I also have an exam next week, and I've used adderall during an exam, it's not so much of an upper where I'll just be taping, grinding teeth, moving my tounge around in my mouth (I do this alot on coke. I've never met anyone else who does, but I know a kid who just whistles one short note over and over on coke. It's really annoying, but he forgets he does it, cause he's dumb. So, if I don't mention it sometimes he won't do it) but I'm still awake and wanting to be productive. Getting great scores is easy sober, but I do it faster when I'm on uppers)

I'm gonna take two before my test next week, so I've only gotta save 2, cause I already did two of my three exams this semester earlier in the week

You can get decent euphoria from Concerta, but the comedown kinda negates that. I used to take 8 of the 54mg. Start at 4-6. Pills with lower doses seemed to hit me less hard than the 54mgs, even if the total dose was the same. Don't bother snorting them.

Concerta turns to fucking glue in your nose. I only use it if I have no other stimulants available.

Especially if you're coming down and trying to fall asleep at the same time. I kept getting paranoid and I felt like shit. The high is nice though, uppers aren't really my thing though.
