Youre a regular looking fellow. Which means that basically your attractiveness comes down simply to how you present yourself/body language. Dont purse your lips. And be more relaxed yet confident. Contacts and doing something with your hair (gel, mousse, new haircut) is a suggestion.

first of all your shirt dosent fit you, i dont know what it is, but it looks all crooked pulled up half tucked it and some what chocking you. secondly...i hope you dont always make that facial expression when your tryign to look "sexy".

and last but not least...your the average looking nerdy type. your not going to be getting females any time soon because of your looks or your personality. id work on being mr sesnsitive. sure you might have to put 6 months of work into hitting something, but it should be worth it.

You're not what I'd call attractive, but you're not hopeless either.

I'd focus on working out...lose fat and get some muscle on you. Everyone is more or less stuck with their facial features, but your body can be shaped quite a bit. Your face is average/bland, and as of now your body is shit, so...get a good body, and you'll be better off. A new haircut would help too, and definitely work on your clothing style and such.

Yeah, besides what I said before, haircut, work out/exercise a little, try not to purse your lips, and pick up a few new shirts/outfits (general advice thar).
