ok im on the train, dressed nicely (just came back from a job interview) and across from me mayb 20 feet away their is a cute girl sitting their and looking right at me for a while (till i noticed it then got off the train). i assume that she might of been atracted to me (might of not been who knows). i wanted to walk up to her and say something along the lines of "i couldnt help but notice you were looking in my direction. my name is paul" but i didnt want to make her feel uncomfortable. should i of walked up to her?

Depends if it was a casual look, like u see someone looking at u in the street you just say hello how are you or w/e. But thats good the 1st time you notice it. If you know shes staring at you and she knows you saw her that'd be kind of odd 20mins later to be like hey how are u.

Id probably say something goofy, calling out the fact shes staring at you...be like hey whats wrong is there something on my face, is there a stain in my shirt? Your looking at me like something is wrong? What is it? - Thatd only be acceptable if she looked at you several times and you didnt speak up the 1st time around.

If you have to ask, the answer is probably no.

Insanity, my friend, is doing the same thing many times but expecting different results. Did doing nothing get you her number? Nope. If she was looking at you, she was probably attracted to you. If you took the liberty to assume that she was attracted to you, then it wouldn't matter what you did, as long as it got you talking to her.

Personally, I would have made a goofy face at her, or waved, or sat next to her and made some obviously lie about why I moved. Anything. Anything is better than nothing.

thats a good idea, make an obvious lie... it was a lil wierd tho, she was making eye contact for like 10-15 min, even when i looked bak at her.. o well, at least im guarenteed to hav another chance to flirt on the train! adderall makes me feel so much more confident and shit, good thing i jus got my script again!
