It's never good to prolong a relationship that you're not totally invested in. If you're not happy you're wasting both of your time dragging out the inevitable end. The fact that she's flirting with loads of guys may indicate that she feels the same way.

You've got to decided if you like her enough to try and work through the crappy parts of your relationship. If you don't, no hard feelings, it happens. At least then you can both move towards being happier people.
