Well it all started about 2 months ago, I got these red rings on my inner thighs. At first I figured them to be ring worm. They just itched really bad so I kept on scratching them and they have gotten bigger and bigger. Now there is still a small red ring left, but where the other 2 larger ones were, I have very itchy and now painful bumps. What is this shit?

Go to a dermatologist and they'll tell you. If you can't afford it you could probably just go to www.webmd.com If you can afford internet though, I think you can go to the doc.

Probably not herpes. May be jock itch/similar, likely fungal. Buy antibacterial soap, or some creams made for this type of deal.

Or, go ask a real doctor.
