For me, in order for a girl to be good in bed, she must do the following:

-Be confident. Nothing is more a turn-off than insecurity.
-Be active. Don't just lay there! Move your hips, wrap your legs around the guy, make a little noise at the least (screamers have their time and place, which isn't every time or everywhere).
-Be open. Don't knock something until you've tried it, unless it's overtly unsanitary, unsafe or really abnormal. I.e. ass to mouth or vag, scat, watersports, extreme s&m/bondage, etc. (these are just my opinions, obviously some people here are into that shit).
-Be vocal. Nothing is hotter to me than a girl who can talk dirty while fucking.
-Be clean. A clean vag is a good vag. A smelly vag can ruin the entire experience, regardless of how well the other things were done.
-Have fun. A girl who can fuck your brains out AND enjoy doing it is a keeper
