Hardware-wise, this would probably be a very expensive project, require above average soldering skills, and basic electronics knowledge.

Your best bet would be to get a hold of a phone that lets you run home-brew software. Have it run a rogue program silently in the background, possibly recording calls, then sending them to you over the air, over WiFi, or even Bluetooth. You might even be able to get GPS coords if the phone has such a feature.

It's possible, but would take a lot of hard work, and a good reason to be spying on someone.

well they went to the time to get a warrant to search my apartment and carried said warrant out and then went out of their way to not charge or arrest me in hopes that they can get me to flip so yeah i would say so. please just stick to the technological aspects. so you're saying it is possible for them to have done this to my phone when they had it overnight?
