I've only faked it once. This was while getting fingered and it was good so it wasn't saying something that wasn't working, was. On this note, I've never faked one either. It's pointless and is actually more likely to make your sex life worse, because if someone thinks they've given somebody an orgasm when they haven't, they're obviously going to keep doing the same thing, unless told otherwise.
