I had some cool times on DXM, but overall I think I've learned everthing I can from DXM.
From what I've seen people who do DXM seem to like it a lot, but they don't have really transcendent experiences like on LSD or mushrooms. Can anyone post a report on how use of DXM or dissociatives has legitimately improved their overall lives?

Ohh fuck, another DXM thread FTW!

DXM was so much fucking fun.. but after about 200 or so times with Zicam or robitussin gels, it starts to get old, and the negatives effects start to become more apparent. And so does tolerance.

Maybe i just needed a break, i don't know, I'll have to do it again sometime.

DXM tolerance is a lot like MDMA tolerance. The psychedelic effects become less apparent, and the speedy/uncomfortable effects become more noticeable.

I used to use outrageous amounts (1000mg+), but lately, after a year long break, 300mg will get me stupid, but speedy enough to tweak out on just recording music for hours on end. DXM is cool in moderate doses. I don't think I'd ever do any ridiculous doses again, though.

I don't normally do DXM... though I've been really sick these past few days *cough*. My mind ached for freedom of the hellish trauma of stuffy nose and irritated throat. I was done for.. there was nothing left I could do alone. I knew I only had one option; DXM + Diphen. I was suffering from some crippling dust allergies and an unholy smokers cough combined with a cold.

Needless to say, I tripped for a couple of days until I was better. Not hardcore, but enough to have a somewhat enjoyable experience while getting better. I smoked some weed too. Usually I'd say DXM is a bad experience and diphen only helps me sleep. It's scary shit at high doses. Fairly enjoyable though with a semi-low dosage and some DXM. The weed topped it off(as it does with everything).

I forgot I was going to dex tonight and I ate wayy too much. Now my stomach is full. I tried to gag myself, because I'd never done it before, wanted to see what it was like, and wanted an empty stomach, but I guess I have that deep throat capability.

Will I have to take more to trip the same with a full stomach, or does it just delay the trip?
