Well heres how it is, I was dating this girl for almost two years.
Im 2 years older than her and yeah it was realy great, I wasn't
always the best boyfriend but i really loved her and she was pretty much my first girlfriend. Anyways back in september she broke up with me because she said she didnt love me anymore and i had come to rely on her to make me happy which was almost true as i was having a pretty rough time.

Anyway so i went through stage one (destroy liver with booze and fry your brain with drugs).

Basicly i was a mess id turn up to a mates place for a party she her with a guy to beat the shit out of him which didnt work well as id drunk a bottle of jack daniels.

Then came stage two (fuck someone else)

So I was at my mates place and a some girls he'd met earlier that day came round, long story short found myself fucking one on his bathroom floor went back to her hotel fucked her all night (because i was too drunk to cum haha). The next day i felt ok thought i was making progress untill i caught up with my ex that night was having a paty at my house and she turns up with a few of her friends and we end up talking says shes been with some one else who i happen to know, and asks if id been with someone else so i was honest with her and we basicly ended up crying together and ended with me repeating stage one.

Stage three (Run away)

Ok so me and my friend were having a chat and he told me he'd quit from work (we worked at the same place) and that he was moving to australia to chill with his sister and so i was like dude count me in. So a week before i leave im at my friends 19th birthday and im fucked my ex comes wandering up the drive way and i start talking to her tears well up in her eyes when i tell her im leaving and she said she'll come and see me before i leave. The night before i go she comes round looking hot as ever and fast forward a few hours of talking and she sys she still loves me i say "ok babe we can make it work im not gone yet i can still stay with you". she said no, and i cant figure out wether it was because i was leaving and she didnt want to stop me or what. Oh yeah then we had sex. Next day im walking onto a plane, with 2 bottles of vodka and 2 cartons of smokes.


Stage four (I dont know about this one, kind of a mix of one and two)
So here i am in australia almost three months since she left me and i still have feelings for her, I still talk to her on the phone and stuff sometimes,and i sent her a birthday present. Next year shes off to france and were planing on meeting up there but I dont know i kind of figure if im ment to be with her things will work out in the end.
The thing is i feel like my feelings for her are holding me back i met a girl on saturday and went home with her the next day woke up next to her and there wasnt that awkward "ok, so we slept together.... and you can leave now.." type thing. When i woke up she was kissing me and we went to breakfast it was cool, but weird she has the same name as my ex. Shes also older than me im 20 and shes 25. But yeah i just want the feelings for my ex to go away but at the same time i dont arrgghhh.......

stop talking to her for one, then get a hobby and try not to think about her for a day- then try a week and so on, worked when me and my ex broke up. cant see why you shouldn't try it.

never had your problem, just realize that there are way better girls. Fact that she is your first gf is probably why you are so emotional. Date ten other girls I bet at least three will be smarter/hotter/and more interesting

Delete her number, remove her off msn, and STOP looking at old pictures of her.
Start playing an instrument, youre in Ausfag land, start surfing.

But getting over girls is easy, just completely cut off contact.
Oh, and tell your idiot friends (I had to do this) to fucking STOP telling you everytime she hooks up with someone, you just don't need to hear that.

But cheer up dude, we've all been there and it sucks, it will get better though.

WELL FUCKING SAID! Exactly what i did just today...
I just literally, stopped contact with this girl... its for the better. It hurts to do something like this, but its either let ME stop it, or let HER stop it. I'd rather come out with my head raised high knowing i avoided headaches/hardships then come out with my tail between my legs and suffering from those headaches/hardships.

I did all that, i deleted her number yesterday, then today i took her off facebook. I didnt even want to get involved with this girl i forced myself, I had chances/opprotunies, didnt take them, missed the boarding time, now theres nothing left to be done and now shes a discrepancy more than a asset. Gotta knock out the debts....
