Default Walking into the past

Yesterday I went in to my highschool to say hi to my favorite highschool teacher since I am home from college, and I walked into the room and he was there, my ex from over the summer. To give you some background information on him, I dated him for about 3 months, right after a bad ending to a previous 2 year relationship. He basically picked me up when I needed someone the most, and it caused me to fall a little too fast. I took his virginity, and then he went away from a month and a half to governors school, where he cheated on me with his current girlfriend. I guess what gets me is that I feel like he used me just for sex, but he told me he didn't. I haven't forgiven him, because he did lie about everything. He said the reason he broke up with me is because I was going away to college, and I would be far away, he doesn't like long-distance relationships, and he has a hard semester at school. Well he is now dating that girl that is five hours away from him. I feel as if he did it so that he wouldn't have to seem vulnerable. She's far away, where she can't control or get in the way of anything. He is in control, and that's what makes him feel comfortable, however he knows he's not in control when it comes to me. When we talked after the break up, I told him how I felt and he kept apologizing, saying "I'm sorry" and saying that he could never could forgive himself for what he did. I didn't know what he was talking about (he cheated) until a few days later. So anyways, when I went in to the classroom, everyone ran up to me to say hello, and after hugs I looked at him sitting far away, and held a long gaze after exchanging "hey"'s.

So my question is, do you think it brought back emotions for him, or atleast memories of some sort? I was the person he lost his virginity too, and if he is as sorry as he said he was then it would hurt him a little inside. I like the fact that he sai hi first, and he took initiative. He didn't have to say hi, he could have just ignored me. Does that count for something?

What went through his head? Will he remember me? Do you think that he feels bad for what he did? Why did he talk to me first.... I thought that he would cower away. Does talking to me first count for something? Does he still want to keep connections with me? I don't understand... I want to know what was going on in his head... What goes on inside a guys head when it comes to sexual and emotion feelings (seriously not stereotypical)?

He probably had at least a few thoughts going on. I know I would.

Like what though? What would he be thinking. I don't want vague answers. I mean, they help to a certain extent, but I have been thinking about this so much that I need more then that. What goes on inside guys' head?

This is a complicated situation. I don't know the guy personally, but I imagine he would feel sorry or maybe even that he made a mistake. However, maybe not. He might feel bad for what he did, but he is content with his current situation. Understand that guys are just people, and we do have emotions. Anyone trying to answer your questions will only be grasping at straws because there's no way to really know what this guy felt at the time. Does he want to keep up a connection with you? Well, has he shown signs of wanting this? If he hasn't, then who knows? He might, but he may not want to make the first move.

I don't know. I could give you ideas from my own experiences, but they still aren't what this guy felt. Try to contact him if you want. Above all, just relax and don't over analyze it so much.
