Your girlfriend is behind the mystery text. She was leary or suspicious after hearing you passed out at the party. So she had a friend text you, and then wanted to gauge your reaction. Is there really a "right" reaction after receiving such a weird text? Sounds to me like she is quite immature playing a silly game with you.
