Alright well I've done acid and smoked bud around her before. Not very often but a few times, so I didn't think she'd have a problem with a bit of ecstasy. She actually wanted to do it with me there for a while but a lots changed since then so yeah.

Long story short; I get paid tomorrow, I'm supposed to party with a bunch of friends. My girlfriend is coming with and I asked her if she'd mind if I ate some e but she was all "no. I dont see you a lot anymore and I'd rather you be sober." I've hung out with her every day since Sunday, so I don't see how she can say she isn't seeing me as much because it really hasn't changed at all.

This shit pisses me off. I know some of you are gonna say shit like "well dump her man, shes too controlling" and shit like that but please refrain because I'm not going to break up with her.

I just need some advice on how to get her to be cool with it. After this weekend I'm not going to be able to party much or get fucked up for a while because of money so I want to do it while I can.

If she is there she will bring your fun level down on an exponential level, along with the rest of the peeps partying with you. You'll be so worried about emotionally babysitting her, and she'll by pissy the entire night....ruining EVERYONE's good time.

Just tell her you are going out without her tonight. And explain that you will NOT have your cell on, and you'll talk to her again the next day. The last thing you need is a clingy girl calling you every hour with stupid questions of......"did you take it yet, how are you feeling, can you come over later," blah, blah, fucking blah.Then deal with the fallout and any attitude she has AFTER you've gotten your fun under your belt......and when you are sober again, while she has had time to cool off.

Depends if you care more about 'keeping things sweet' with you and her or doing what you want to do. There isn't a right choice here - but there is something to be said for standing up for what you want.

So, instead of talking to your girlfriend and dealing with the issues, you lied. Next time you might want to try talking, what you chose to do doesn't accomplish anything.
