Ok heres the deal. I have known this chick for about 2 years now, and we have basically been friends, but we never really talked much. About 2 weeks ago we started talking a lot on the phone. She invited me over to see her new apartment, and we just chilled there for a while. At the time she had a boyfriend, but about a week ago they broke up. I have noticed that since the breakup she has been a little over-friendly with me. I really like this girl, and I cant tell if she likes me. Yesterday she called one of her guy friends (also my best friend) and told him that her and I had a long talk on the phone and it was nice. Then she told him that she hopes I wasn't flirting with her. Does that mean that she really is not interested? Or is it her way of trying to get my friend to tell her if I was interested in her?
