So I find out that a few weeks ago my gf's friend was over drunk and I guess everyone else was drinking and he kissed my girl on the cheek, well she said she told him that nothings gonna happen and he said ok. Well the thing that pisses me off is that she said he is always hinting toward sex and wants to fuck her and im really pissed off right now.

And the thing is I wouldn't have found out if I didn't install a keylogger on her computer and I saw her talking to him and sayin "can't we be friends without sex lol" and she was telling her friend that the last time he was over he "wanted her to be his girl"..

And she basically says that night we were broken up but we were only fighting and I couldn't get ahold of her on the phone..

So am I getting fucked over here? I told her I can eventually get over it but she needs to completely stop talking to him and take him off her myspace and all of that.. IDk I just feel like maybe she isnt telling me EVERYTHING, what do you guys think?

As much as you may not like it, it's her choice. Stay out of it unless she asks you for help (if he's being stalkish or something).

She has all the power in the world to stop talking to him and not be around him, and it's entirely her choice to make. You are right that I can't control her and MAKE her stop talking to him. I just think it's the right thing to do, afterall thats all he wants from her. It may come down to a him vs. you sort of deal, it's immature, and pretty unfortunate, but he's stepping on your turf here. You've made your thoughts known, and if she does happen to let him do what he wants over the relationship, if he matters that much to her to the point where she won't stop talking to him for clearly and constantly overstepping the bounds of a friend/non asshole, for the sake of your relationship, that's bad. He needs to be put in his place, but that's your gf's job, you don't make decisions for her.

I find myself in a similar situation.. I have a group of friends that I hang out with.. There is one guy in particular that always hangs all over me.. He knows I am perfectly happy with what I've got, but he still throws himself at me.. He tries to take advantage of me when I'm drunk, etc.. He's always trying to kiss me..

Be frank with her. If she can't respect that, at some point down the line, you're gonna have problems. Don't demand, just let her know how it's tearing you up inside, and how you think it's putting a lot of strain on your relationship.
