There are a lot of misconceptions about herpes. Not everyone who has it has an outbreak. Many people never have one, and many more people only have one or two noticeable ones. It's just a really unfortunate few who end up looking like those health class slides.

Nonetheless it still makes one wonder. Better to not fuck a potential carrier. In any case, ALWAYS wear a condom.
