Honesty is allways the best approach. If she's doing something that's affecting you you should tell her.

However if you're really scared of telling her she's a dirty dirty girl (really only every 3 days? And I think I'm gross only habving two showers a day) you could allways lure her into bathing or showering with you?

There was this girl once, and she smoked cigarettes one after the other. There were times where I'd kiss her, stop, and tell her to go brush her teeth or I wouldn't kiss her any more. I don't think she liked that, but it worked.
