My girlfriend is a very nice girl. She's extremely attractive but is a bit of a social outcast. Her one group of friends were extreme bitches so she chose not to associate with them anymore, and for that I'm glad, but she really doesn't have any others now. She has a best friend that lives a thousand miles away and one other girl who is nice, but she has a very distorted body image, something that I've been trying to change in my girlfriend, so she really doesn't set a good example for her. I love my girlfriend to death and just want her to be happier, her self-esteem is so low and I think some good friends could help that. Any suggestions, totse? Difficult situation, I know... I've been thinking that there's not really anything I can do.

Tell her to do go in those random community based things, like over here, there is "wednesday walk", every wednesday, everyone (well, fat chumps) meet up and go for a big walk, theres like 1000 of them, all walking around the block.

Just tell her to get more active in school life. If it's in university it's SOOO easy to meet people. I met this black guy at the library once just because I was tanked. I walked up to him and I'm like "this guy man, you should see him play rugby". He was like "Wtf???" but we started talking about rugby and he's cool.

She's probably incredibly dependent on you, if your story is correct. Introduce her to people who will give her some quality attention like you have. Encourage her to pursue her interestes and find similar people.
