I don't think she would wanna make out with you in study hall. Especially for the first time. It seems to me that would be something she would only wanna do if she was your acknowledged girlfriend. Chances are if you're just hooking up for the first time, she wouldn't want to deal with the confusion of having to explain to all of her friends who saw/heard that you made out with him in public the situation.
