I actually think it's a perfect location for it. Sex and affection are both unnecessary and carry lots of risks, therefor they are vices.

Where else would you have it?
Technology? Arts?
If you're gonna be pedantic why should food or drugs be any more vice like than sex and love is?
In summary, dont ask shit like that here, there's little we can do about it even if we cared.
