Get out of my mind!
Ok, i currently have a girl stuck in my head and she wont leave. Shes been there on and off for about 2 years. I keep fooling myself into thinking she likes me even though i know she doesnt. I think shes looking at me even though i doubt she is. The hardest part is that I know I could have had her had I just grown some balls when we met. Ive spoken to her only several times.
Unforntunatly she has a boyfriend and theve been going out for over a year (2 in febuary). I can tell by the way she looks at him that I dont stand a chance. I feel as though she only went out with him because he was the only one who liked her, I just keep kicking myself for not making a move. She is shy, and so am I. Her current boyfriend is somewhat immature but she probably finds that cute.
I notice similarities between her and I everyday, the way we hold ourselves, our hobbies, there are so many coincidences its ridiculous. I feel as though we were meant to be together but i know thats impossible. I just keep wishing for the day that will never come. In fact, thats how my whole life feels, but im probably just depressed. I havent been feeling like myself lately (since i started obsessing over her again). I feel as though I'm stalking her and that only makes me feel worse.
I just don't know what to do, I know i cant make the first move but I also know that she wont either. I know Id be better to/for her than her current boyfriend but I am probably wrong.
Does anyone have any ideas on how i can get her out of my head other than time? Thanks for putting up with my pathetic rant. And before anyone says it, yes i know i need to grow some balls, im just too afraid of embarrassment/coming off the wrong way.

[/thread] and you get her out of your head by finding another girl, preferably one without a boyfriend.
Or install Linux and say goodbye to social worries forever.

Re: Get out of my mind!
My advice is to murder the girl for ignoring you and her boyfriend for stealing her from you then kill yourself for being a bitch.
Heh, just a suggestion.

Find a new one, little buddy. Best way.
Or find something else to do that will take up your time and give you results.

Re: Get out of my mind!
It's just a mental fixation. So just find something or someone to fixate yourself on.

Re: Get out of my mind!
I had this problem for a while. Just some random girl i'de never talked to before. I stopped thinking about her though because i felt like a creep. That seemed to work a bit.

Once this guy tries to get you to meet him in an alleyway at night, you should probably call the cops.
Or am I the only one getting that creepy vibe?

Get a guinea pig instead, they tend to be great distractions and force you to love them to the extent you've none left for anyone else.

Re: Get out of my mind!
Guinea pigs are mean. They hate me, all of them hate me. For no reason at all. They just have a habit of randomly attacking me, maybe I smell funny or something.
