As a guy who is known to sometimes get too tired to make it to bed & has to sleep clothed? I find that I'm a lot more likely to get the viscious, viscous crotch rot. As the overheating & sweating during sleep is common, an unaired crotch is liable to leave the crotchial area's skin too moist, salty & yeast/microbe friendly.

I have come to expect a red & painful rash from this. A bath & the applying of polysporin clears it up. Sleeping with a airy & freeswinging crotchial area avoids the prob altogether.

Have slept in the nude for a long time. So does my girl. We also like to get around the house in the nude a lot.
Makes for fun times when relaxing on the lounge together.
