Default Transgendered and concerned

I'm technically bi-gendered (as well as bi-sexual) but we'll leave out the technicalities:

I've always been more feminine and only recently have I started diving deeper into my own personal feelings and accepting reality for what it is: I may be a biological male, but I was raised and currently am, fairly androgynous (personality, beliefs and some features of my appearance).

The main problem I'm running into is my girlfriend. When I act overly feminine she gets this concerned look and questions my sexual orientation. she's really lately been concerned that I'm going to turn gay on her and leave her for a man (she's kind of insecure).

I'm in a loving serious relationship and have no thoughts of leaving it any time soon.

How do I ease her into my transition so that both of us can enjoy a healthy relationship (and healthy life) without my gender/sexual orientation becoming an issue.

She's bi-sexual and really has no issues with my appearance becoming more feminine (shes loves girls and feminine men, no problem there). Her issue is just stemming from connecting transgender = homosexual and the fact that I'm already bi.

Very good question. Frankly I don't know. I'd say that you need to work on her insecurities in general (also the non directly sexual ones) to start with.

The more she feels she is attractive, loved and desired by you the more her fears will lessen.

Personally i'd also make a point of introducing her to lesbian post op trannys (there are as many as are straight, believe it or not).

Maybe also introduce a bit more freakyness into your sex life with her, strengthen some bonds you know. But avoid anything which involves her anally penetrating you.

Beyond that nothing comes to mind at the moment.

Good luck dude.
