So I'm finally manning up and I want to get to know this chick better. I sit next to her in Chemistry, she has a great rack. Anyway, how should I go about it? Currently I'm planning on just saying "hey, have you got msn?" because that sounds less like I fancy her then if I say "hey, whats your mobile [cell] number?" and shouldn't you wait til they give you their mobile number anyway? MSN is more chatty and friendly.

Or is there a better way to go about it?

Just lean over and grope her for a bit while asking for her msn. That'll work.

Seriously, I'd just ask her, go get some sort of beverage after class, I'd go face to face rather than over the internet any day. But play to your strengths. People can get really weird over the internet sometimes, communication can be less effective.

But I'm quite shy and a shit person IRL, so face to face is a bit daunting, but I probably could do it if I forced myself too.

How would you know if a chick is in to you anyway?

This situation almost sounds identical to something i did. Had a girl in my math class that i wanted to talk to but some fucks bitched if i sat in their seat(closer to her). So i said forget about it...then i seen this chick later next semester in the hallways, and she kept on giving me this look, im like fuck this shit im going to get to the bottom of this. Ended up getting her myspace(yes im a stalker !!) talked a few casual lines and im like heres my number give me a call sometimes we can hangout. Replied back with her number and saying that sounds great.........Not that fucking hard was it?

Dont ask her if she likes you, if your smart enough you should be able to figure out from what she says and how she acts around you. Christ a bunch of fucking amateurs on here. MSN is fine, but dont hide behind that as ur only way to talk to her, eventually get around to talkin on da phone or hanging out in person. Dont ask for her numba, just give her urs via MSN if she has it, after you make good progress talking to her.

Start chatting to her about whatever. Start talking about something funny that someone said on MSN, and slip in the question for her MSN. Don't just tap her on the shoulder and ask for it, even if she does like you she will feel creeped out. Then you can give her your number after afew days of furiously chatting her up on MSN, when you start texting girls, that's when they start to fancy you.

If she smiles a lot around you, plays with her hair, things she says to you, ect. If she likes you, you WILL know it. If there is a chance in your mind, chances are she does.

Maybe if you two are sitting together, try to hold her hand or put your arm around her or something like that. If she doesn't pull away, give you a dirty-ass look, or say something about it, she likes you.

To find out if she likes you get to know body language, you can tell from that. Also my fav is watching a girl your with ask/do stupid stuff. Tripping, being clumsy, asking something to you that makes you wonder, WHY the fuck is she asking me this.

Does she initiate conversation with you? Not a conversation like where she justs wants something (example- "can I borrow your calculator?"). If she asks you how you're doing or something, she obviously is somewhat interested in you...

Be yourself and stop thinking about how to talk to her. I was like that (see my "Being Shy" thread). Then I just said "fuck it" and talked to her. Turns out she likes me and we are probably going to hang out sometime. Have faith in yourself!

Also, think of it this way: What's the worst thing that could happen? Its not like if you talk to her she is going to say "Fuck off, you ugly shit". If a girl you weren't really interested in talked to you, would you say that? No.
