Mine never went all the way back until after I started having sex. But I was pretty young. I would imagine that guys who wait until later wouldn't have to worry about it.

Odd cos I've been having sex for years and years, and although it's ached a couple of times, it's never bled or ripped at all before...

And it's far more than a tablespoon of blood, whoever said that. It's more like a whole erection's worth of blood, which is a surprising amount, all over the carpet/bed/towels/bathroom floor.

And yes it was incredibly painful, although not until about ten minutes after I ripped it.

My advice is for all men to get a complete frenectomy so that they don't have to go through the awful experience of watching their penis deflate through blood loss.

Hmm. Interesting! I didnt "snap"the old "banjo string" but I did tear the piece of skin under it during some active sex. Bled a little and not much pain. Rather a cause for amusement as I claimed the girl I was with had "taken" my virginity. We had been having sex for quite a few months.
But many years later it annoyed me to have this little piece of skin strung from the penis tip to the foreskin. So I used a pair of sharp wirecutters and cut through it (after suitable arrangements to ease the pain). Didnt bleed much and wasnt too painful and healed very quickly.
Much better and allows free movement of the old foreskin without having the head bobbing up and down in tune.
