On the public disturbance charge all I did was tell a few people in my class how to make a car bomb, I said the 1st ammendment, but they said since it got every one talking about making bombs, and lead a few of them to make bomb threats, they called it causing a disturbance. on the battery charge all I did was hold some one back during a fight, but since it was a black kid I was holding back from a white kid, he tried to turn it into a hate crime, so they gave me battery for that one, and the fleeing and eluding, I seriously did think it was only a tow truck behind me with it's caution lights on over head, and he was following me because of the noise oridinence violation which really didn't go into effect till 10 o'clock, I had 3 more minutes till it should have been considered a violation.
