Right-o, so there's this girl that I really like, and I know she likes me back. The problem? She's dating my stepbrother (who does not live with me and is pretty much not in my life at all). She's said point blank that she likes me better, and does silly shit like make gagging faces after he gives her a goodbye kiss or whatever.

I'm kind of iffy on this. I mean, I really fucking like this girl, but on the other hand, I'd feel like shit because I know my stepbrother likes her a lot (even if his feelings aren't compeltely returned).

Sit down and talk to her about it. If she legitimately likes you more than him, she will most likely dump him for you.
