Obviously, out of the three you've suggested, your best course of action would be to spike her drink. You don't want her to be fully aware of your plan. Even if she does remember anything, it will all be a blur. The sedative that you put in her drink will leave her too confused to be able to fill out a proper police report. She'll just have to go her entire life without ever being absolutely sure as to what exactly happened. She might have some recollection of the situation, but she will always have that element of doubt in her mind or at least in her story that will keep you out of jail, and her in a state of paranoid confusion for the rest of her life.

But I recommend good old fashioned rape. Forcing yourself upon her at least gives her the satisfaction of knowing her assailant. She will always hate and fear you for the rest of her life, but at least she'll have closure. I'd say that's probably the decent thing to do, albeit the most dangerous.

A lot of rapes go unreported, especially when the sex isn't entirely without consent - i.e. she says no, but has gone to h/c with you and likes you.
