Most of them crowd over the sink trying to put on makeup, and they talk loudly about their boyfriends and shit.

Sometimes, especially at night right before I go to bed - I just stare at myself in the mirror.

Although, on a more serious note, I was in a women's washroom at a club once, and they had a couch!! A FUCKING COUCH!! And nice decorations and paintings and all that. Not like a men's washroom...

Not that I would really need to sit on a couch in a washroom for any particular reason... But you know, it would be kinda nice to at least know that it's there!

Generally when I use the bathroom I've just finished excersizing. So I'll need a shower to wash off all the sweat. Then I'll have a proper shower,then do the shave and wash hair thing. Then it takes time to dry off properly, moisturise,and apply...re-aaply...re-re-apply makeup in suitable manner and make sure I've got my 'face' on.

No seriously. We talk, a lot. We pee, touch up makeup, fix hair, adjust clothing, etc. It's not very mysterious.

if you're out and about and she goes to the bathroom and takes an age, it's not unlikely that there were 5 women standing in front of her in a line. there's ALWAYS a line for the bathroom.

Well i think its obvious that we women have pathetic bladders. Seriously if i'm with my friends "i need to pee" is said about 3 times every hour... by the same person, so if there's 6 of us then it will be 18 times every hour.

As for the taking friends into the bathroom. Often it's just when someone says that they need to go to the bathroom then it reminds everyone else so they go with each other. As for the taking ages, if there's a group then while everyone is washing their hands everyone is talking and whatnot so it takes a while

What the HELL do we do in the bathroom?
Well, we do pee. If it's a bunch of us, we wait 'till everyones gone to the john. We adjust make up, we check ourselves out, we pout when looking at ourselves in the mirror. We wash our hands, our faces. Try to believe that our asses don't look fat in our jeans. Gossiping about guys, discussing what to do with the rest of the day/night. Talk about plans for the weekend. Random conversation, or we just really needed somewhere private to talk where no guys would hear us.
And no, we don't 'les out'. The closest we get to that is either sharing the same lip gloss or adjusting eachothers tops/hair.

Makeup/hair/meds/important phonecalls/wee/getting away from the boys for a few minutes

That's pretty much what I always pictured.

And I also noticed that it can be a bonding ritual too. Like whenever I started seeing a new girl, and I brought her out with a group of friends, as soon as the girl I was with had to go to the washroom, one of my female friends would always be like "oh hey, I'll come with you!"

GODDAMNIT did that ever piss me off!

Because I just know they're going to start talking about me and whatnot.

Although sometimes it can be beneficial, if the friend is a decent friend and says only good stuff about me to help me out... But I know that not all my female friends are that cool...

aside from the peeing and hand washing, there's make up checks and outfit adjusting.
