Okay I started talking to this girl a few months back, I've known of her for years now but never knew her really.

Anyhow we chat every so often and on an instant messenger whenever we happen to be on at the same time. So she says this weekend I have to be out and we have to catch up...okay nothing out of the ordinary there. Then she says something like "wherever we go there will be a party". Now first I thought, wow that comes across as if she likes me. Took me because I'm fine with us just being friends, I've never really pursued her or anything like that (me being stupid perhaps? She's really cool, funny, smart, good looking, etc, etc).

Then I got thinking (yes thinking too much is my downfall) that she just means its fun no matter what we do when we are together...which again rolls into it right? Why wouldn't you want to get together with someone you always have good times with and genuinely like being around?

So I'm going into this as per usual. If she 'likes' me she can give me the signs. But out of interest could I pick her up do you think? What do you make of what I've told you?

Well if she invited you to a party then ya she probably likes you. If you go there with her see if she flirts with you or shows signs that she likes you. If she does, then flirt back. If it seems like she does really like you then wait a little while (a few days) and keep talking to her to make sure that she likes you still, then maybe ask her out on a date.

That's all pretty vague. Just be enthusiastic and judge the signs when you're there and in person.

Just because I have a lot of laughs with family doesn't mean I want to sleep with family members. You are over thinking this, just see what happens and don't dwell on what "could" happen or if she "does" like you, act normally. If you don't want anything sexual then don't act like you do. Vice versa if you do actually like the girl more than a friend.

Just go have fun with her. If you spend the night wondering whether or not she likes you, chances are that by the end of the night she won't. Just have fun. Everyone likes someone who can have fun.

Just take it like this, if you arent in the FREINDS zone, and shes wanting to hang out with you, without rejections....fucking window is wide open to do work. That is if you fancy her that way.
