I've shed a couple tears, obviously but I haven't been a wreck in a while.

I guess the last time I shed some tears was like early last week ago when I was high after school and I realized I was, once again not going to get a date to homecoming. But usually that's the norm, but I was fucked up so yeah. I had a nice breakdown, sipping free McDonalds water, chain smoking Newports and everything in a fucking Big Lots parking lot.

Last night right before I went to bed. I'm not exactly sure what I was crying about - it just hit me all of a sudden, and I sobbed myself to sleep. I cry alot, at least once a week lately.

I'm so with you. Try Dialectical behavior therapy. Worked pretty well for me. Fuck effexor. Do you get that zappy shit?

Things arent very nice at the moment. One of my older guinea pigs died, a young baby guinea pig I adopted died, and now Lucy the weird fat guinea pig is getting abscesses, and they dont seem to be going away. The vet is saying words like 'Intractable' and 'leukemia' and 'euthanasia' and it's getting to me more than anything else could.

im now on anti depressants and they arnt really helping

Man I had no clue women really cried that often. I'm 23 and honestly the last time I can remember crying was when I was 6 or 7 because of death in my family. Ever since then I've had some relatives pass away but it has hurt my parents more than me. I guess I take after my dad, only time I've seen him cry is that time when I last cried too.

prior to being 11, almost never. Once when my pet frog died. Didn't cry at my great grandmothers funeral. I apperently cried only very rarely as a baby.

when I was 11 or so I had a complete mental breakdown, for a lot of reasons, did a lot of crying, ended up barely leaving the house for 2 years.

about a year ago - I was drunk and it was basically the only chance I have to let anything off my chest, ever. I was really drunk, and my girlfriend heard me out. Through all 3 or so hours of it. I guess she's a keeper.
