I have a friend who I appreciate very much for all he has kind of done for me.
But hes a fucking idiot and Im sick of being around him.

When we smoke I can see who he really is, a 7 year old in an overweight 35 year olds body. He acts like an asshole 85 percent of the time and thinks he has some sort of ownership over me because he gives me lots of rides and I stay at his house often.
Im trying to educate him on some of the bullshit he spews but he doesnt listen and thinks I make shit up. Hed probably consider me his best friend but I dont at all.
What should I say/not say totse? Ignore the fucker?

Dude, I'm in the same situation, only without the rides (who needs to get a ride when you have a car). I'd really like some advice on this as well..

1. Tell your friends how you feel. Tell them what you dont like. If they wont better themselves, then:

2. Ignore them. Break off all contact. Let them come crawling back to you. If they dont come back, then they obviously dont care about you. This works out great because you already broke contact with them saving you time from doing it later.

3. Then get some new friends. Its actually not that hard. I got friends many times just from following people/forcing myself into their groups. If you see a bunch of cool guys, just sit next to them and shoot the shit. Hell, if you buy them a beer, they will be your best buddies. Tell them straight up, you dont have many friends and you would like to hang out with them. Most guys dont give a shit and will let you. Yeah, you might be getting used for awhile, but now you have friends.

But I dont like him at all,
I just appreciate the shit he does for me.

If you want his attention. Grab his balls firmly/tightly. Look him straight in the eyes and tell him to quit being a faggot or you will rip off his fucking nutsack.

He will be in shock and say WTF?

Then you explain everything to him slowly and carefully. Making sure he understands. After he agrees that he understands. Punch his balls in and call him a fag.

Trust me. Its the only way.
