And poor Amanda stuck in the past tries to relive her "fierceness" with drugs till she's a catatonic mess on the floor.
She's 78 pounds... that's how much she weighs now,she's finally off the K but only to replace it with coke.
my sister paid her a visit yesterday, Amanda had been up for 5 days, and was acting more like a crackhead than the fierce powerfull woman that ran the gaybourhood.
within the next week We'll al find out whether or not she'll quit the drugs, if she does she has a chance to live.
if she doesn't then she will be dead...easy as that.

But if it's not, it's very depressing.

Allthough no one except the girl herself made her take drugs for so long. Perhaps in a way she's allways wanted to die, so maybe she'll finally be free if she does die. That's small consolation but if you know someone died happy then it feels slightly not so bad.

Hepatitis? While not a 'true' STI, one can get hep from unprotected sexual intercourse with an infected person. And druggies of the pincushion variety have a greater risk of getting it (ex-boyfriend comes to mind).

The herpes, on the other hand, could definitely be responsible for her hepatic failure.

The cocaine, as well, since high doses, especially orally, can lead to gastrointestinal and hepatic ischemia and FHF. But you mentioned that she had liver failure before using cocaine, so that's not it... I mean, the cocaine obviously isn't helping her liver, but it's not the cause.

see we had no cards, and we were both kinda wanting to see the other naked. all Amanda's friend had was a chess board, so we played strip chess, everytime you lose, take off an article of clothing.

hell it's better than strip flip a coin....that's a different story.
