Erm I don't think this really needs to be here... But in Boulder, they can cite you for having a "nuisance party" if you violate any ridiculous rule (like being in a public part of an apartment complex, having a keg in a yard facing the road, exceeding a certain decibel limit after a certain time, etc etc). Plus there were a ton of minors there. Including myself. It was MIPs all around and a healthy prize for myself as the resident! Fuck the cops.
