Right well I'm bring my new Gf round to my house for the first time tommrrow.
I havn't had to do this is a while so I'm a little rusty.

Bring her home, introduce her to your parents, stay and chat a while then fuck off out and do something else.
You don't wanna overwhelm her too much mate...Meeting parents can be a really fucking awkward situation for guys and girls alike. Keep the first time short and gradually let her and your parents get comfortable with each other over time.
That's what I'd do anyways.
