Default Write your God experiences here

I had one over a year ago. It was a spinout.

I was feeling like shit for this thing I did which probably wasn't the nicest thing I had ever done, and so I decided to start praying.

I was seriously remorseful and everything and then I got the weirdest feeling ever in me and it was like everything is ok.

That's part of the reason I believe in God and also because someone had to make the monkeys for us to evolve from.

One time this small bag of skittles lasted me about half an hour. The thing was, I was eating them by the handful and I think I ate at least five bags worth of skittles. Best 45 cents I have ever spent.

The good lord helped me quit smoking, drinking, and is helping me quit looking at pornography. :)

He also helped break up my parents marriage so I didn't have to live in the middle of nowhere with my abusive father.

He also helps me with financial stuff (I get about $1,000 monthly from software royalties), and various little things.

He comforts me, strengthens me, and forgives me for all the times I sin against him.

Finally, he put Fresh Prince of Bel-Air on immediatley after Live Prayer so I could have a good laugh. :)

I broke my PC and had salvaged a piece of crap PC that could barely run videos a bit earlier. At least I didn't have to sit around watching paint dry, that was nice

Some miracle huh. Oh and afterwards I got a brand new PC, an event that would have never happened if the first one wouldn't have finally died, yay. Too bad the same day I realized it and said a small prayer of thanks, I accidentally hit my head in the case (I sleep on the floor right now) when going to sleep and broke the cooler. Getting really tired of the shit life throws at me at a constant pace, guess God's amused by it

God loves you, that's why he sent his son to die for your sins.

Partial astral projections.
Seeing a deity breathing.
Feeling a stong sense of being one with the universe. (Which was beautiful)
Mega coincidences, and I mean mega.

That's about it... and yes I realise they can all be explained without the need for a god.

You're still alive, you have access to a computer and enough free time to post here.

I hardly know anything about you and even I know that you have a lot to be thankful for. :)

I was on a fuckload of acid. Hiking in the hills. I walked into a circular clearing and felt heat on my back.
I turned around and fell to my knees.
In the middle of the perfectly round opening in the canopy. Perfectly framed between two power lines was the sun.
Floating there, so warm.
I became aware of the trees around me and just amazed that the source of all life is from that bizarre fierce sun.
That was my first moment as a Pantheist. Though it was a long time before I could give it a name.

I don't have a job so I have all the time I want. Too bad I can't handle that shit and won't get any support from the system either, 3 years of theraphy diagnosed me as "stubborn", thanks a lot pricks

So yeah, doesn't really matter if I have a bowl of ice cream if life mixes a turd in it

I've had weird experiences though I don't know what to ascribe them to.

For instance I was once hanging out the passenger side of a friends vehicle going real fast through some winding roads in Indy (don't ask). He took a real wide turn and I fell back out of the car (my legs were still in the car though). So there I was dangling out the car with my face almost scrapping the road. Out of the blue I felt what to me seemed like a pair of unseen hands grab my shoulders and pull me back into the car.

Now granted it could just have been the force of gravity pulling me back up as he completed the turn. But for the life of me that (the hands) is what I felt....

If the secular health system wasn't helpful, maybe it's time to turn to God. :p

I am a child who was born with painful cancerous deformities. I found it ironic when my family physically abused and molested me my whole life, b/c my body was so mishappen and painful that they would use me like that.

I only prayed that the cancer take my life but as you can see I still live. I have asked god why and the only answers I get are ones I already thought of.

Come on. For all of your percieved miracles there are stories of people out there who are FAR worse off than you could ever hope to be and God doesnt do a damn thing.

Fact is shit happens in this world. When it is something good it is called a blessing or a miracle of our great father who art in heaven. When it is something truely horrendous it is that he works in mysterious ways. WHAT A TOTAL COP OUT.

I found a thousand bucks and really needed it = Gods miracle

My baby committed suicide somehow = Gods mystery work

FUCK OFF.

Yes, for an example of how handy a docotr God can be, look up the statistics of Jehovah's Witnesses who need blood transfusions but dont get them b/c God said to keep the blood holy and pure. See how many LIVE by God's miracles.

Im gonna pray my brain tumor away. Get the fuck out of here.

WOW.

FUCK OFF.

maybe God does not purposefully cause every event in your life. You are right this world can suck, but if you persevere, there is always a chance for it to get better. and then you die, and there are no more worries.
