No. It wasn't meant for luls. If you smoke weed or drink or shit, your sex drive will be diminished. I'm not saying get addicted. And for working out, that's GOOD for you, even if it's addictive. And it will burn off that energy that your mind is forcing into an almost adolescent style of hypersexuality.

What you need to do is not fap.

Try as hard as you can not to, find things to distract yourself. Take up World of Warcraft or something, that might help. I surely didn't think about sex to much when I played. Start going to the gym regularly too. If you feel like you have to masturbate, force yourself not to. Eventually the thoughts will go away, I hope. Don't look at porn either. Once you think you're out of it, go ahead and fap, either you'll be okay and can enjoy it the way it is meant to be enjoyed (not a chore) or you'll be sent back to the current state you're in.

Providing the OP isn't a troll, I don't understand why anyone is opposed to fapping. Addictions come basically from the mind. They are developed because people look for a way to "escape" their boring, pathetic or painful real life. They work as a shelter and give you a short term relief but in the long run they just fuck you up since you are constantly in need to feel good and escape your reality and that is when they form. In a few words I believe addictions develop in people who are mentally and/or emotionally unbalanced.
