Default accidently led her on...

Well, I'll start with the story. I took a summer class and towards the end I started texting a girl I met there. After the class we continued texting constantly. All the texting we did I started really liking her and vice versa. So after about a month of this we set a date to hang out. The date came, and when we hung out alot changed in my mind. Now, I really adore this girl so much, shes so very sweet and cares about me so so much. I care about her very much as well. The thing is since we hung out I don't think I'm attracted to her physicaly as I am to her personality and how nice she is. We only saw eachother for two hours, and I think I should try hanging ot with her again but theres still this underlying feeling. I really led her on in the texts and now I don't think I like her as much as I did before we hung out. I really don't know what to do. I can tell she likes me so much, she also tells me she does, and I like her alot but I don't think in the same way she likes me. Now I could either try and hang out with her again. or try and get away. I know if I get way from her though I will certainly break her heart and I definetly cannot do that to her becase she really doesn't deserve to pay for my mistake. But if I keep on the same way I have been shell just end up more attatched and if I got the opposite way I'll break her heart. Can anyone help me with some advice? I feel like such a terrible person.

Sucks to be you.

<Deleted>...you'd love to be her friend and tell her you can see where it goes from there. No promises. Just possibilities.

EDIT: Removed contradiction!

do you think I should wait and hang out with her again and see where it goes from there?

I'd say play a little innocent on this one to be honest...

Hang out with her again soon, be friendly but keep it at that, let it go its own way and if she pushes for more, apologise for leading her on but you didn't realise, tell her the "let's be friends" thing and give her "possibilities"

Ya never know. You may come to like her more.

What do you mean by play innocent? And yeah, that kinda sounds like what I planned to do in my own head. It's just so confusing.

I think I have no conscience because if I were you I would just start flat out ignoring her and probably feel none the worse. I think i just had an epiphany.
