Yeah, here's the story...

There's this girl who's liked me for a long time. We had sex for the first time about a month and a half ago at this party.

A couple of weeks ago (last week, or the week before, I'm not sure) she came round and we had sex a few times again.

The last time we fucked I had ran out of condoms, but she insisted we did it anyway and I could pull out.

So we did, and I pulled out and all seemed well.

A few days later, though, over msn she told me she had missed her period. I left it at that and hoped it was nothing.

A while passed and I hadn't spoken to her, which was pretty unusual. Then she signed onto msn last night and I asked what was up and she said she was pregnant.

A few things seemed weird about that. Firstly, I'd imagine she'd have told me pretty soon after finding out. Secondly, she said she has to go back to the family planning place today (Sunday), but I happen to know that the family planning place isn't open on Sundays... That was what made me most suspicious.

Anyway, she's done this sort of thing before, not with pregnancy, but something about drugs, to some other guy. So I think I should be careful with her anyway. I don't know why she would lie about this (attention?) but I really just don't believe her.

so, why couldn't you say no? did she have you tied up? my boyfriend's done that exact thing to me before because we didn't have anything. we were both naked with me on top of him, and he wouldn't do anything because we didn't have a condom. it's called self-control.

There's a few things that could be happening here.

1-She's either fucking with you, isnt pregnant and just wants to scare you, get some attention, cause some drama. You might want to cease boning this girl if she'd pull this sort of stunt.

2-Perhaps she *thinks* she's pregnant, and is panicing.
In this case, you need to get her to take a test STAT. You said it sounded suspicious about her going to the 'family planing clinic' on a sunday, I agree, it does.
What you need to do (if you're sticking with her) is go there with her.

When did you have sex exactly? It might not be too late for the morning after pill, so hurry! Go tomorrow morning! GO!


3-She might be pregnant. It might be yours, it might not. But if you cant pursuade her to abort it, you might be in for a little bit of trouble.
I'd say go for a paternity test if she's trying to use you as a meal ticket, but as you had sex without protection there's a chance that any baby might be yours.
Unless you can find out who she's been fucking in the last few months and get them to support you, this might be a difficult situation.

Use protection from now on, it will save you this trouble. My girlfriend's on the shot, which makes me a happy boy.

I never knew about her being untrustworthy until recently, and I only found out that she'd done this to someone before a few hours ago.

I do hope that she is just being a cunt and lying, or that she thinks she's pregnant. The friend who told me about her saying this to someone else also said he definately wouldn't trust her. So I think that getting her to take a test as soon as I can is a wise move.

If it is the shitty possibility, then I doubt she has a problem with aborting, as that's what she plans on talking to the family planning nurse or whatever about. Well done? It was her who wanted to do it, not me. She was the one who initiated everything when there was no condom, not me. She was the one who assured me it would be fine. She was also the one who wasn't on the pill, and I'm not blaming the whole thing on her, but I feel that if you're going to nudge a guy into sex with no condom then you should definately bring to their attention the fact that you are not on a pill of some sort.

I don't think it'd be possible for her to get to me once I move, or at any point if I wanted to do that. When I move I think I probably will cut contact down a lot, and completely if it turns out she isn't pregnant.

I'm almost certain she won't keep it if she is pregnant, which I sitll can't seem to believe. It just doesn't seem right, as in, the way she's gone about everything. I still think she's lying, for some reason...

I would only accept the word of a doctor after a blood test. Fuck that would be a tense situation at the doctors for the results.

I would say don't worry about it until the baby is born and you do a paternity test. If she's lying she probably won't even want to do the test.
