What is so bad about a guy that takes care of himself? And tanning doesn't mean only in a bed or in the sun, it means getting your pasty ass outdoors, play disc golf or something. And it's not only about getting girls, I see more girls with guys that have never lifted a day in their lives than with guys like me. Anyways, I just wanna point out that just because a girl is acting like a little slut in front of you, it might not just be to make you jealous, she could simply be that way. I am also wondering what muscles I should try and enlarge. Any muscle groups in general that are considered to be attractive? I have been told that building my forearms are a good idea and the person gave me these two excercises to do regularly with lighter dumbells (5-15 lbs.).

Just work on your tri-ceps and biceps. Depending your current shape, 1-3 weeks to notice change. 15-20lbs will be sufficient i started with like 25lb myself though.

Alot of people will notice once u start to build. But muscles aint going to do much but give you an edge, you still gotta have the game to talk.
